Rachael joined the Prior Lake Pet Hospital team in 2017 as a receptionist. She lives in Farmington with her two dogs, Neko the Husky and Ranger the Lab/Boxer mix, and cat, Dexter. In her spare time she spends time at the dog park and is an avid Greys Anatomy fan. She has a huge extended family whom she spends most of her time with. Rachael’s love for animals grows more and more the longer she works here!
Anne joined the Prior Lake Pet Hospital in 2004 as an Animal Handler/Veterinary Assistant. She is married with two adult children. Her furry family consists of Jupiter, a Boxer. She keeps herself busy by biking, camping, water skiing, snowmobiling, and traveling.
Chrissy was born on a full-working family farm filled with cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks and lots of kitties and their farm dog. This inevitably developed her love for animals. She, her brother, and her sister inherited this farm in 2004 where the three of them ran a feeder to finish hog operation for two years before they sold it exclusively to their brother who still resides there with his family- 137 years in the making. This experience cultivated her passion to help small breed animals, so she enrolled in Argosy University in 2006, to pursue a veterinary technician degree.
She began working at the Prior Lake Pet Hospital in 2007. Her husband, Jim and her had their first son that year, Oren. Two short years later they had their daughter, Maddyn and in 2012, on Mother’s Day they welcomed their third child, a boy, Grayson. They also have an 8 year old Weimaraner, Sophie and 3 cats: Ashes, a Russian Blue is 11, Tipper, 9, and Pixie, 6. With 3 young kids and 4 pets there is NEVER a dull moment!
Lisa graduated from Minneapolis School of Business. She has worked at the Prior Lake Pet Hospital since 1994 as a Veterinary Technician. Lisa enjoys reading, gardening, and being with her family. She shares her home with her 9 year old Sphynx cat, Georgie.
Jenny shares her home with her husband and their daughters, Evelyn and Cecilia. Their family of pets includes Willis, the American Bulldog and Rambo, the cat. Jenny has worked her way up the ladder at Prior Lake Pet Hospital. She started when she was 16 as a kennel worker and loved it so much she decided to become a Veterinary Technician. She graduated from Argosy University in 2005. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and going to classic car shows on the weekends.
Andrea graduated from Ridgewater College in 2000 and has been a member of the Prior Lake Pet Hospital team ever since. She grew up on a farm, so her love for animals started early in life. She has one cat named in Lydia. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys cooking.
Jill graduated from the Medical Institute of Minnesota in 1999. She joined the Prior Lake Pet Hospital team in 2000 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She shares her home with her husband Nick and their crew of furry pets: Bender, the Papillion; Boone, the Lab; and Clifford, the German Shorthaired Pointer. Jill enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family, friends, and her four legged kids.
Teresa started at the Prior Lake Pet Hospital in 1998 as a Kennel Assistant. She went on to school and in 2003, graduated from Argosy University as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, volleyball, and spending time with her family and friends. Teresa’s furry felines are Pumpkin and Butternut.
Nadine graduated from Minnesota School of Business Shakopee in September 2010 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She joined our staff in February of 2011. Nadine has a busy household with her husband Richard. Together they have five four-legged children; Katie the Border Collie Lab mix, Emma the Rat Terrier, Vincent the Terrier mix, and two cats; Henry and Marvin. In her spare time, Nadine enjoys doing yard work, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Stephanie graduated from Argosy University 2009 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Her hobbies include riding her motorcycle, reading, spending time with her niece, nephew, and family. She also enjoys spending time with her animals: She has 3 dogs, Baby, Daisy, and Lulu, and two cats, Papaya and Tahini.
Jess shares her home with her husband Scott, their daughter Rhianna, and their furry family: Stoli, Australian Shepard, Leinie, Pomeranian mix, and two cats, Jada and Ivan. She graduated in 2001 from the Medical Institute of Minnesota as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has been working at Prior Lake Pet Hospital since that time. Jess enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and does agility training with her dogs.
Andie joined the Prior Lake Pet Hospital team in 2003. She graduated from Argosy University in 2005 with a degree in veterinary technology. Andie is passionate about the health and well being of every pet she works with along with the knowledge she can share with their owner. She shares her home with her husband, their five children, a dog named “Kit”, and their cats “Happy” and “Stinky”. In Andie’s free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Kari joined Prior Lake Pet Hospital in 2014 as a kennel assistant and has grown into the kennel manager. Not only does Kari manages the kennels, she also helps out as a Veterinary Assistant. In addition to her 3 adorable fur kids, she has a husband and 4 human kids! Kari enjoys being with her family, spending time on Prior Lake and traveling.
Kourtney joined Prior Lake Pet Hospital in 2014. Equal parts motivator, innovator, orchestrator, and with a background in project management, she brings unique skills to Prior Lake Pet Hospital. As the Practice Manager, Kourtney ensures the clinic is running smoothly from bottom to top. She lives in Farmington with her husband and fur kids and enjoys spending time riding her horse and being outdoors.
