    • Puppy Vaccination Series as recommended by our Veterinarian and based on patient lifestyle. (May include: Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, Lyme and Rabies Vaccinations)
    • Up to three Intestinal Parasite Fecal Exams
    • Heartworm Test + Additional Health Screen
    • Three Nail Trims

Adult Dog  Plan
Monthly Payment = $35.00

  • 4 Physical Exams/Hospital Visits
  • Heartworm Test with Blood Screening Profile
